IPRT's Acting Executive Director and Communications Officer attended Mental Health Reform 'members' showcase event' in Mansion House on 29 March 2023. Event provided IPRT with opportunity to meet with TDs/Senators (or their assistants) to tell them more about work of IPRT. Various TDs/Senators engaged with on topics including: alternatives to imprisonment; women in prison; reform of prison visiting committees; supports leaving prison; mental health in prison; and foreign nationals in prison.
