We want a Register for STR/STTL to quantify the number of Self-catering units in Ireland and are happy the Failte Ireland has been named as the statutory agency. As the legislation for the
Registration for STTL is underpinned by the requirement for all self-catering to have planning permission, we want to bring our difficulty with the present Planning and Development Bill to the Oireachtas Housing Committee.
