What is the directive you gave to the grassroots campaigners? To send an email to Minister Darragh O'Brien and Minister Malcolm Noonan asking for a stronger RBMP and supporting SWAN's recommendations for the plan. We made a campaign page available on our website which had an embedded online tool that allowed supporters to send a prewritten email to the Ministers covering this. The email could be personalised by the campaigners. The campaign was promoted through various communications such as social media, newsletters, emails, etc.

Social media posts were created for the grassroots campaign that tagged the Ministers Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts. A link to the campaign page was included in the posts. We also retweeted and shared posts from Members and others supporting the campaign that had tagged the Ministers. A thank you tweet was made to the Minister Malcolm Noonan after a meeting was held with him and Hannah Hamilton

A photo call/demo was held outside Leinster House on July 7th to launch the campaign which was attended by Minister Malcolm Noonan, Hannah Hamilton, Neasa Hourigan TD, Marc Ó Cathasaigh TD, and Senator Pauline O'Reilly who were lobbied on the campaign.
