Specific Details To prepare a motion with a local councillor to change zoning (not new zoning) on lands that are currently zoned RB (Rural Business) to change them to GE (General Employment) for reasons that the estate has being upgraded considerably - to facilitate the continued growth and diversity of this Employment Hub for the local economy and to support essential local businesses and enterprise in their continued expansion including increased employment opportunities for the area and improvements to roads

Intended results to propose a motion on the draft FCDP 2023 - 2029 to alter existing employment zoning and to realign it to General Employment zoning (GE) for reasons outlined inc more job opportunities, improved access to ensure improved road safety on the R132 (former N1) and future expansion of the existing business at this location over the next six years.
