Inclusion of DPOs in social media briefings expressing concern about the need for greater representation of taxpayer and small business perspectives in the formulation of budgetary, economic and pandemic recovery and in policy making institutions and processes (for example the National Economic Dialogue). Inclusion of DPOs in social media briefings warning of negative impact of inflation on low income and small businesses and encouraging budgetary action to redress this impact in general public interest. No specific action expected from any DPO. Purpose rather to raise awareness. Various Linkedin and twitter postings and some texts over May-August period.
