Specific Details The public realm works underway in Ennis were deemed non essential by Clare County Council, when Covid-19 level 5 restrictions were introduced in January 2021. On behalf of our members operating in the affected streets we lobbied to have the works re-categorised as essential in order to minimise disruption to businesses.
