An email highlighting the discussion in the Dail and the nature of the national volunteer strategy in the context of the discussion. The publication "How Irish communities stepped up to the mark, stories of Irish volunteering during COVID-19' was also sent within this publication.

A follow-up letter was sent after the email to the Tainaiste with the publication "How Irish communities stepped up to the mark, stories of Irish volunteering during COVID-19' was also sent within this publication. This was to highlight the work of the volunteer sector and the range of supports that it will require going forward.
