Avison Young did not carry out any lobbying but were contributors to a study and report that we understand was sent to South Dublin County Council by our Client, Hines Real Estate Ireland. We were a contributor to a study and report with responsibility for drafting the planning policy and environment sections. We did not lobby a designated public official but were contributors to a study and report which we understand the client sent to South Dublin County Council. In order to satisfy the requirements of this form, Michael Mulhern has been selected below as a DPO official responsible for SDCC's planning and transport department, however as above, we did not lobby any public official directly.
