Met John Paul Phelan in Thomastown, KIlkenny on 15th August. Present Chris Hayes, Mairead Boland Brabazon, John Paul Phelan. Meeting was to discuss the service pressures on L'Arche Kilkenny, the other L'Arche communities, and the situation with the HSE in Kilkenny
