The proposals set out within the Anti Evictions Bill and amendments to the RT Act raised concerns with chartered surveyors as many are witnessing first hand, a withdrawal of investment from the sector. Further regulatory changes that negatively impact landlords has a high risk of exacerbating the housing challenge
