Email (2-5)
Dear All,
I email in my role as Chairman of the Moyne Road Residents Association in relation to the wall that was erected to block our right of way against the expressed wishes of our residents in November 2018 at 7.00 am on a Saturday morning.
The building of this wall has resulted in extreme health and safety concerns as people are now jumping over the wall out onto the main road (People are jumping straight out onto the road as there is no public footpath at this point)
We as residents are now calling on the council to immediately remove the wall and enter into negotiations with our residents in relation to this issue. The council had no problem entering into talks with the potential homeowners at Cabra but they refuse to interact with the residents of Moyne Road. We have offered the council 10,000 euro to address any concerns that they may have in relation to this access point. It is important to note that no accident ever occurred at this access point,
