Cystic Fibrosis, Philip Watt sent an email to Minister Simon Harris on behalf of IDN to ask about the progress of the Human Tissue Bill; when he plans to publish the heads of the Bill; if he will consult with interested organisations in relation to same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Minister responded: "The General Scheme of a Human Tissue Bill is being finalised at present and will be submitted to Government shortly".
