We wrote to Michael Kirrane to request the INIS prioritises improvements to the online appointment booking system as many of our clients were facing undue stress and anxiety due to the lack of appointments available. Delays in getting appointments was having an impact of timely renewal of visas and permits, causing potential long-term problems with immigration status and so is of an extremely serious nature.
