Leinster House 9 May 2018: 1. Delivery of updated copy of Petition containing 35,857 signatures calling on Government to establish a Suicide Prevention Authority using model similar to the Road Safety Authority (RSA). 2. Delivery of draft Suicide Prevention Authority Bill, drafted on behalf of 3Ts by a leading SC who had previously worked on the RSA legislation. 3. Calling Government to account on failures in the implementation of Connecting for Life, Ireland's suicide prevention strategy. See separate entry for further information on this activity.
