Mr. George Wallace, the Manager of a Cuan Mhuire transition house in Ballybay Co. Monaghan, spoke by 'phone to Heather Humphreys, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, with the aim of helping to secure rent allowance for certain residents of the transition house managed by him in Ballybay, Co. Monaghan.
