To encourage, and offer suggestions on the modification of legislation in order to support offshore wind. This included the extending of the offshore renewable energy R&D tariff to include offshore floating wind, amendments to the RES Scheme to facilitate offshore wind and to the Foreshore (Amendment) Bill

Intended results Timmy Dooley to raise a private members bill on offshore wind to raise the benefits of offshore floating wind technology to communities on the west coast of Ireland both from manufacturing and supply chain development.
