Specific Details Proposals for For Master Plan ref SDRA 12 - St Teresa's Gardens & Environs -DCC will provide for the development of an integrated masterplan for the entire SDRA12 Regeneration Area. The masterplan will provide for residential, commercial and community uses, including an area of integrated sporting and active open space sufficient in size for use by GAA & other sporting clubs for organised games. In addition retention of full sports grounds at Dolphin Park, Dublin 12

Intended results Early development of full size playing fields to accommodate all sports clubs within the community including GAA - in location that is viable and feasible - resisting proposed location by DCC which would require knocking down two blocks of flats.
