Meeting (1)

Johnson and Johnson met with Minister Mitchell O'Connor and her officials to outline to them the impact that the cessation of the Minister’s power to grant an exemption from the name change requirement for unlimited liability companies would have on Johnson & Johnson. We outlined the extensive business and regulatory implications of a name change for J&J companies, namely Janssen Sciences UC and Vision Care, working in regulated markets. The impacts outlined included business disruption and patient safety risks.
