Specific Details As a landholder in the area, we wanted to have a general discussion on the proposed changes to the Draft Celbridge Local Area Plan 2017 - 2023 and the merits of reconsidering some of the changes including reinstating the zoning at Oldtown that was proposed in the original draft of the LAP that was put on public display from Tuesday 13th December 2016 - Friday 3rd February 2017.

Intended results Reinstating the proposed zoning of lands at Oldtown, Celbridge, Co. Kildare as outlined in the draft LAP that first went on public consultation.

Meeting (2-5)

As a landholder in the area, we wanted to have a general discussion on the proposed changes to the Draft Celbridge Local Area Plan 2017 - 2023 as proposed by the CEO and the merits of reconsidering some of the changes including reinstating the zoning at Oldtown that was proposed in the original draft of the LAP that was put on public display from Tuesday 13th December 2016 - Friday 3rd February 2017. We also highlighted that as housebuilders of scale we have the ability to deliver much needed starter homes immediately and de-zoning the lands should be reconsidered in view of the fact that these lands have no infrastructural deficiencies.
