Intended results The removal of Part IV from the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill 2015 The removal Section 25 from the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill 2015 An amendment be inserted into Part 4 of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill 2015 which clarifies the sex workers working together for safety are not prosecuted An amendment to Part 4 of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill 2015 which inserts a review mechanism and requires the Government monitors the impact of the Bill on the human rights of sex workers and publish a report in two years time to the Houses of the Oireachtas
