Specific Details From 11-14th Dec GHH attended an exhibition dedicated to cardiovascular health in the European Parliament in Strasbourg. The exhibition was co-ordinated by the European Alliance for Cardiovascular Health which represents scientific societies, patient organisations, industries and foundations. The exhibition aimed to demonstrate not only that cardiovascular health must be the public health campaign of the next term, but that it is a topic which policy makers can reach constituents with.

Intended results The key goals were to: • Ensure Irish MEP support for an EU Cardiovascular Health Plan 2024 by pledging to prioritize Cardiovascular Health during their election campaign, or within their political group. Provide MEPs the opportunity to: -Learn more about CVD -Meet with the EACH community, from their country. -Have an interview and video recording for their own communications, to be amplified by the EACH community -Sign the EACH Pledge for an EU Cardiovascular Plan 2024

MEPS from each of the "EACH" member countries were invited to attend a cardiovascular health exhibition in the European parliament building in Strasbourg between Dec 11th and 14th when the parliament was in session.
