Specific Details FLAC emailed the members of the Oireachtas Committee on Gender Equality (which concluded its work in December 2022) in relation to the constitutional referendums planned for November this year and, in particular, the process for finalising the wording of the amendments to be put to referendum. A copy of FLAC’s submission to the Departmental Referendum Committee which was considering the recommendations of the Joint Oireachtas Committee was attached.

Intended results To provide the members with FLAC’s submission and to advise them that we would be happy to meet any member(s) of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Gender Equality to discuss the matters raised in our submission.
