Specific Details Highlighted the disparity in pay and conditions in section 39 organisations compared to HSE and section 38 counterparts

Intended results Through the Disability Federation of Ireland (DFI)'s national disparity in pay campaign, I signed a petition on Behalf of the company which was submitted to local TD's & Senators to urge them to highlight the treat Section 39 organisations are under including the disparity in pay and conditions compared to HSE and their section 38 counterparts. The intention of this campaign was to bring it up in discussion and highlight this issue in the Oireachtas.
