Email detailing the background of the MS Centre and Pobal/ Community Services Programme (CSP) funding in situ and the rationale given by Pobal to exit the MS Centre from its programme. The MS Centre asked Frank Feighan for his assistance, and to escalate the matter to Minister Helen Humphries with a view of securing an appeals process whereby we could provide a response to Pobal and seek to overturn the decision to cease the CSP funding.
