Email All Oireachtas Members Emailed Pre Budget Submission to all members of the Oireachtas In particular we highlighted the proposals to: Bring 5,000 vacant properties back into use, for people in homelessness and on the social housing waiting list through the Repair and Lease Scheme Double funding towards homelessness prevention Reform HAP rates End homelessness for care leavers Host a Referendum on the Right to Housing in 2023 Increase HSE funding for homelessness services Improve sector funding Bring rent supplement rates in line with market rate Increase social welfare rates Pay a living wage in 2023
