Recognition of the positive impact that Covid Support Funding of €2.2m have had on maintaining the affiliate network of organisations under the auspices of HSI and secure additional ongoing funding for high performance equestrian sports.
Amendment of the eliglibilty critera for the Sports Capital & Equipement Programme to allow equestrian centres apply to the programme for capital and equipment funding
Secure Dept of Sport support to attract major equestrian events to Ireland through the Major Events Programme
Support the application by the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) for additional funding of approximately €10m for the redevelopment of the Anglesea Stand in the RDS Arena
HSI recieve engagement from Failte Ireland on equestrian trail development such as bridleways to enhance the existing tourism offering on greenways
Support for an Equestrian Skillnet programme to encourage greater on-farm safety awareness within the equestrian sector
