Intended results Seeking to ensure that the DSBA Human Rights and Public Interest Committee have a role in the introduction of new C72 Forms, particularly from a criminal defence perspective. This is in circumstances where the current C72 is outdated and not fit for purpose and is currently being re-drafted by An Garda Siochana. Liaising with the Department of Justice, An Garda Siochana and various public figures in order to achieve this.
