Specific Details Virtual meeting held at the request of Minister of State Sean Fleming on 17 November to discuss RSA’s response to the implementation of the new Judicial Council Guidelines on personal injury awards. In addition, the conversation touched on RSA’s expansion of cover in commercial lines, RSA’s anti-fraud approach, and product provision to cover younger and less experienced drivers. RSA reaffirmed its support for the proposals to provide additional powers to the Personal Injuries Assessment Board
