Intended results To ensure there is a formal transition process from second level to further education, a change to policy so that there is no exclusion to day service funding for people who choose vocational training, including specialist vocational training, directly after school, utilise specialist training expertise more extensively to support inclusion in mainstream FET, and a proper funding system is put in place
