Specific Details Met with public officials and representatives of Justice for Columbia to discuss the implementation of the Havana Peace Accord in Columbia

Intended results Secure Government commitment to lobby the Colombian Government to fully implement the Havana Peace accord & to stop attacks by paramilitaries & elements of the security forces on social justice groups and trade unions taking part in protests. Seek support from the Irish Embassy in Bogota for JFC and affiliate trade unions in Ireland and Britain to play a part in experience sharing with comparable groups in Colombia given their role in Irish Peace process.
