Specific Details 26 family support workers within Clarecare have been excluded from recent s39 pay restoration exercise. Tusla have communicated that their is no additional funds to restore pay restoration to this group of workers.

Intended results To ensure Tusla funded positions within Clarecare receive their pay restoration in line with their HSE colleagues (s39 pay restoration exercise)
