Intended results Support for a number of urgently needed key reforms in the disability sector including the Government promise to establish a taskforce to look into establishment of personal budgets for people with disabilities within three months. Support for other areas of work including speech and language therapy services, establishing a commission on the cost of disability and the introduction of disability hate crime.

This meeting took place in Leinster House, Kildare Street, Dublin 2. The agenda consisted of discussion around the contents of Inclusion Ireland's General Election Manifesto 'A Disability Manifesto for Equality & Human Rights' that includes sections on the following: Advocacy Supports, Therapy Services, Access to Early Childhood Education, Inclusive Education Supports, Life-Long Education and Training, Direct Payments, Cost of Disability, Assisted Decision-Making Supports and Disability Hate Crime and urgent reforms that are needed in the disability sector including the introduction of personal budgets for people with disabilities.
