Millbourne Residents Association
Mass communications
Lobbying activity
The following activities occurred for this specific Subject Matter Area.
Phone call (2-5)
All councillors were called and if no answer a voicemail was left for them and they were called again. No more than 4 phonecalls to councillors over an 8 day period.
All calls had the same agenda, which was asking could we discuss the Chief Executives recommendation and inviting them to the green to see what they were voting on.
All Councillors offered to visit the green, declined to meet in person.
Social Media (11-20)
FB, Instagram and Twitter posts to notify and educate people on the County Development Plan voting process,
Councillors to be named and tagged in Facebook posts, to show who has supported the residents.
Email (2-5)
There were 2-5 emails per Councillors but not all Councillors received individual emails.
Emails were to confirm conversations and any questions that arose from either Councillor or caller.
Designated public officials lobbied
The following DPOs were lobbied during this return period on this specific Subject Matter Area. These DPOs were involved in at least one of the Lobbying Activities listed above, but not necessarily all of them. As returns are specific to a Subject Matter Area the above Lobbying Activities may be associated with multiple returns.
