Specific Details Supply of Medical Devices across the member states during the COVID-19 crisis. Secondly the operation of firms during the COVID-19 crisis and the need to designate Medical Devices as critical companies during this crisis. It is important that the supply of much needed medical devicies continues during these uncertain and challenging times.

Intended results The continued supply of medical devices and the designation of Medical Device companies as critical manufacturers and distributors during the COVID-19 crisis. The Extension of the transition period of the Implementation of the Medical Device Regulation from May 2020 to May 2021 to allow Medical Device companies like Cook to focus fully on the supply of devicies during the COVID-19 crisis
