Presentation to the Joint Committee on Climate Action on SVP's experience of supporting households who are experiencing energy poverty and the potential impact of carbon tax increases on these households. Written submission included proposals on how Budget 2020 could address energy poverty and reduce the impact of carbon taxes on vulnerable households. 25th of September.

Presentation to the Joint Committee on Employment Affairs and Social Protection on SVP's budget 2020 proposals in regard to income adequacy. Written statement circulated to the members of the Committee in advance of the meeting on the 26th of September.

Informal conversation with Minister Richard Bruton regarding Budget 2020 energy poverty measures and the carbon tax at an Energy Cafe Event organised by Energy Action Ireland on the 7th of October.
