Sought clarification, from Minister of State, David Stanton, regarding the removal of the prohibition of gaming machines in premises licensed to sell intoxicating liquor, in the Gaming & Lotteries Bill (Amendment) 2019. The current Act (1956) includes a prohibition, but this appeared to have been deleted in the Amendment, at the time of contacting the Minister (01.07.2019).
