Yes – The Campaign included efforts from ICTU, SIPTU, Mandate, Unite and the USI, along with support from the One Galway and the One Cork projects and from Limerick Council of Trades Union Groups, and community activist groups.Mr O'Dea was contacted in my capacity as Presdient of the Limerick Council of Trade Unions, a position held as a Fórsa member within the umbrella group of the trade unions in Limerick.The outcome was that Mr O'Dea reported back that he had confirmation tht the Fianna Fail front bench would support the Bill, and furthermore they had advised the minister that they were supporting the Bill and that if it went to a vote the Government would be defeated.
