Leinster House meeting regarding our funding application and where we stand re same .Dyspraxia/DCD Ireland is an organisation in Ireland that provides a flexible, person-centred approach to its service users. Many of our users avail of our services in the local area when they require it, often at critical junctures in their life such as an initial diagnosis, starting secondary school or employment. We encourage our service users to remain active in the community and seek to give them the skills to advocate on their own behalf throughout their lifetime. Dyspraxia/ DCD Ireland service users access our services in a way which meets their needs whether that is calling the helpline, attending a workshop or a local support group. Due to the highly complex manner in which Dyspraxia/ DCD present itself all support is offered on a person-centred basis.
