Intended results An amendment to the Transfer of Sentences Persons Act (1995, 1997) which would allow for repatriation applications from Irish prisoners in the UK to be accepted and processed again.

Presentation to the Oireachtas Committee on Foreign Affairs on the challenges facing returning Irish emigrants, specifically prisoners, in accessing social supports on return and in progressing their applications for repatriation.
