Specific Details The activity was aimed at making the Government and other politicians aware of the potential impact SMEs and on the peer to peer lending industry of updated taxation guidance given by the revenue commissioners.

Intended results To get clarity through legislation to exempt peer to peer loans from withholding tax so that SME's would not be burden with the huge administration of implementing the revenue guidance on withholding tax for peer to peer lending.
