Letter (1)

30 September 2015, the Independent Chairperson of the RRAI submitted the 7th Annual Compliance Report with a cover note to the Minister for Justice & Equality.

Meeting (1)

14 October, the outcomes of the 7th RRAI Annual Compliance Report were discussed at a meeting between the Minister for Justice & Equality, the Minister for Health and a delegation representing the RRAI. The RRAI delegation consisted of Mr. Padraic White, Independent Chairperson RRAI, Ms. Christine Heffernan, Corporate Affairs Director, Tesco Ireland, Mr. D.J. McAllen, Business Development Director,Musgrave Retail Partners, Mr. Jerome White, Executive RRAI. In addition the meeting was briefed that regulatory responsibility on the display and sale of alcohol in mixed trading premises would shortly be moving from from the Department of Justice to the Department of Health.

04 December, the Independent Chairperson of the RRAI sent a follow up note to the Minister for Justice & Equality with regard to matters discussed at the 14 October meeting.
