Specific Details Three briefing meetings were held ahead of Special Olympics Ireland's June 2018 Games. Representatives from all Dublin area councils were invited to these. These briefing meetings took the form of lunches which took place at The Gibson Hotel, Eastpoint St, North Dock, Dublin, D01 X2P2, on 15th March 2018 and 12th April 2018, and at the National Indoor Arena on the National Sports Campus on 10th May 2018.

Intended results These lunches were information sessions designed to keep Councils, who had already provided funding for Special Olympics Ireland's 2018 Games, up-to-date on the planning and progression of those Games.
