Specific Details [Jan-April 2018] Seeking enactment of Dublin Chamber's recommendations for Budget 2019.

Intended results Assign buoyant revenues to capital investment in productive infrastructure, prioritising urban projects that offer the greatest return. Increase the number of scaling businesses in Ireland by raising the lifetime cap on gains from Entrepreneur Relief to the nominal UK equivalent (€10 million). Encourage investment in indigenous business by applying a lower rate of CGT (20%) to disposal of investments in unquoted companies. Increase employment and talent retention in SMEs by improving the tax regime on share-based remuneration.
