Specific Details On behalf of the owners of Bray Retail Park, my company lobbied a councillor in Wicklow County Council requesting that he consider supporting a formal submission our client has made with the objective of rezoning of land to the rear of Bray Retail Park from retail warehousing to residential as we deem the site is more suitable for that use given its location

I had phoned Mr Vance before sending the email and left a voice message for him. Mr Vance returned my call today, 21 September, and during that call I explained what our objectives are. I offered to send Mr Vance a copy of the submission which was issued to Wicklow County Council which will be sent today
