Letter (21-30)
Submission to Ministers and Oireachtas members mentioned above to seek certain actions during the writing of budget 2018. The goals sought included a waiver for reengagement fees and program validation fees under authority of Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012; secure, reliable and effective funding for the community education sector; implement option 1 for funding of higher education as proposed by the Cassells Report.
