Meeting (2-5)

One meeting with Chair of the Justice and Equality Committee Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin to outline what is needed to ensure the implementation of the Sexual Offences Act is effective. Expert speakers from the UK and Sweden were also in attendance. A second, concurrent meeting held in the AV Room to inform interested TDs and Senators. Representatives from Senators Aodhán Ó Ríordáin, Jerry Buttimer, and Marc Mac Sharry and Deputies Catherine Martin, Joan Burton and Michael Healy-Rae's offices attended.
