Report from the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform to the independent review group on Irish Water the implications for the Capital Programme of abolishing Irish water and funding water infrastructure investment through the exchequer.

Increase private funding sources for infrastructural projects through Public Private Partnerships and consider the introduction of a retail bond.
Allow indigenous entrepreneurs to scale and grow in Ireland by improving the Entrepreneur Relief.

Meetings took place between Chamber staff and DPOs to provide clarity on the Chamber's policy positions as outlined in the Chamber's Pre-Budget Submission. Note that a single meeting attended by several DPOs is counted as a single meeting, as per direction of the Standards in Public Office Commission.
