Specific Details World Down Syndrome Day meeting with DSI's National Advisory Council.

Intended results Members of Down Syndrome Ireland met with an Tánaiste to discuss their needs and wants in Ireland and to celebrate WDSD. The intended result was to celebrate WDSD and to open a conversation on the needs of members.

Emailed on February 6th requesting a meeting with an Tánaiste to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day. An Tánaiste's team responded with date, times and details.

Meeting (1)

Photocall and tour took place in Government Buildings on March 19th. During the tour, the members of DSI had tea in an Tánaiste's office and discussed their needs, including transport and housing.
