What is the directive you gave to the grassroots campaigners? To Discuss the Directive on Adequate Minimum Wages (AMW) and secure support for the Respect at Work Campaign. The Sub-Minimum Wage directly discriminates against young workers as it provides for young workers to be legally paid significantly lower rates of pay than that the National Minimum Wage solely based upon a Young Workers age.
