Intended results An outright ban on union-busting. Introduce robust protections for union Reps so that they can’t be victimised, discriminated against or dismissed for their union activity Introduce separate robust anti penalisation protections for union members so that they can’t be victimised for joining a union. Introduce prescribed facilities for union Reps so that they have the means to discharge their functions. The right of workers to access trade union Reps in the workplace.
